Makes about 6-7 small pancakes. Cook time: 10 minutes for all 6. Prep time: 5 minutes.

1 cup GF oat flour @quaker
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp Vanilla
1 tbsp maple syrup or coconut sugar
1/2 cup almond milk @silk
BLEND all ingredients in the blender for about a minute.
Cook one minute on each side over a medium heat skillet in coconut oil.
